Rick,
I wanted to send you a simple letter for a job
very well done. As you know, one of our largest
projects to date was the construction of a 6500
square foot home for the president of our bank.
This is the same bank that we use to finance
some of our speculative projects and other construction
loans. Needless to say, this was not the project
to drop the ball on.
Despite the fact that the foundation had radius
walls, forty-five degree angles and more elevation
changes that you can shake a stick at... the
foundation was perfect.
As always, keep up the great work, and thank
you for reducing my work load. Your attention
to detail , being reliable and working as a
professional sub-contractor to our company makes
my job and life easier.
